Coastal Music

I'm noticing more and more, coastal style is in demand and crossing over from beach accessories and home decor, into the entertainment space.  The Beach Boys pioneered quintessential, Southern California surfer and beach music which continues to make its mark on our culture.  Jimmy Buffet brought us cool, laid back, cocktail in hand, boating and beach inspired, sing-a-long classics like "Margaritaville".  Even country music has waded into the coastal scene. Kenny Chesney has some fabulous hit songs about beach life including No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem, and When the Sun Goes Down. 

Serious XM has even jumped into the pool by offering three coastal stations - Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville radio, Kenny Chesney's No Shoes radio, and even Yacht Rock radio, featuring smooth sounds of the 80's like Christopher Cross' Sailing. Get your beach music on and make Summer a heck of a lot more fun!
